Zentangles

Hi everyone!
So, last night I decided to try my hand at 'Zentangles'. I'm still learning about this and still trying to get the hang of it. But, here's my first one - I think they call it Mandala?? Anyone?

Today, I did this one....

I also wrote on one of my Teesha inspired pages however, I forgot she was missing arms until it was too late...I might have to figure this out later...

Enjoy!

Fantabulous Toni! I can't believe you've never done this before! They have so much depth and detail. Don't know if you'd call the round one a Mandala, but it's marvelous. (I always though Mandalas were symmetrical-ish? Not sure...)

Careful - zentangles are addictive! Make copies and color them differently. Have fun tomorrow, put on some music, sing loud, drown out the critic. Just make sure you art all day if that's what will make you happy. It's nice to have one of those days every once-in-awhile. Love the striped colors and your added writing on the Teesha page!

I hadn't read your journaling around the tangles, but I did this morning!!!! Your critic is giving you a hard time????? Tell him (her) to come and visit me, it'll really have something to critic!!!!!!!!!!! Notice the exclamation marks. Those tangles are fabulous.... truly wonderful. Depth, variety, creativity. I can't imagine what you'd do different. Love them. Sox

Great page. I'm trying my first Teesha Moore page right now. No arms? Well they could be added onto the front of the dress.
